We had our project's 1st Summer Outing in Grande Island, Subic, last May 23- 24, 2009.
Just an fyi, this event happened the same day when a boat from Batangas Pier going to Puerto Galera ay lumubog!
By the way, Edvie and I were the organizers of this event. ^____^

Meeting Time: 6 am - 7:00 am
We have 3 Pick-up Points, we used 2 vans from CAISTA, Miss Dainty and Kuya Pete bought their own car.
Everybody is so excited! Halos walang late that time! At exactly 7:00 am, we left Dao Bldg.
During our stop-over on one of the gasoline stations, we saw Kuya Kim!
Nakatingin kaming lahat, ahahahha!!!! =)
At around 11 am, we were in Subic. We took our lunch there sa Jobee! Nagpahinga, then at 1:00 pm, we went to the Ferry Station kasi it will leave at 1:30 pm.

Sa Ferry Station, habang naghihintay ng time, picture-taking muna!
Dami din people waiting for the ferry! Iba't-ibang companies having their Summer Outing din sa Grande Island.

We're on the ferry! In fairness, air-conditioned yung loob. Then meron din sa taas where you can go para magpahangin at sight-seeing!! =)
Pic with my Kenetoy!!! ^___^

Well, It took us about 30 - 45 mins before we reached the island.
What can I say about the place. . .
If you are looking for a nice, quiet and peaceful place, this one's the right for you. It's the opposite of Puerto Galera I think. The place is solar-powered, so limited yung lights on the ground, but you have power on your rooms. You can go to their site, don't know the exact, just search for Grande Island, Subic.

With regards to their rooms, they do have nice and clean rooms, may mga towels, soap, etc. na din na provided. Air-conditioned, and beach-front, with 2 queen-sized beds.
Each also has a small terrace facing the beach kung san pwedeng tumambay.

The gorgeous ladies of Excellus! ^_____^

We separated them into 4 teams, and the program consists of 4 different games.
Naka-video yung mga games and it would be difficult if I will upload it here kasi malalaki yung sizes nila. Lolzz....
By the way, here are some pictures taken during the game, meron pa din kahit papaano!

Blue and red teams during their 20-min practice sa Tunog-Tao Cheering (1st Game)!!!
The second game, 'Punuin mo, Baby!'.

Unahan yung mga members na punuin yung 1-liter na bottle of softdrink ng water from the beach... But (again...), they should first sink their whole body sa beach (lubog pati ulo!), then they'll be getting the water from the beach using any part of their body, bawal ang magpiga ng damit. They can use their mouth (alam ko yuck!), hands, water on their hair, t-shirts, etc.

Isa lang member for each team ang tatakbo, then after matapos yung isang member, that 's the only time the next member can go to the beach, lulubog, then go to the bottle para maglagay ng water.

One best sample. Ahahahha!!!! ^____^

Howard?

The 3rd game. . . 'Ilatag mooooo!'
This game is quite common na, kase on one of our Team Buildings in Accenture, ito din yung nilaro namin, masaya so I've included it on our Team Building games as well.
The objective of this game is maglatag ng kahit anong meron ka 'ngaun' sa katawan mo. Kung sinong team ang may pinakamahabang mailalatag, they will win this g

ame!
Aside from those games, meron pang iba.
At night, we had our buffet dinner, as usual after nun, andun ang inuman, then naglaro kami ng cards ('bluff'), nakakatuwa! =)
In the morning, breakfast, then swimming na ulit! We also had banana boat!
Then, at 1 pm, we already prepare to come back na sa Manila. ^__^
